Café Mexique Altura en grains
An exceptional coffee grown in the Southwest of Mexico, in the Chiapas region near Guatemala. It develops aromas of wheat and blackberries by combining several varieties of Arabicas grown at altitude.
Between 1000 and 1600 meters, this Altura grade grain reaches a substantial size, which is generally a sign of quality. The production is washed and then carefully sorted to keep only the best beans of this clever combination of Arabica Bourbon and its Mundo Nuevo and Caturra mutations typical of Latin America.
This coffee benefits from Organic certification and is freshly roasted in France in an artisanal way to obtain the best possible result in the cup from this exceptional bean.
