  • How is the order confirmed?
    You will automatically receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided, as soon as you have validated your order.
  • What packaging is offered?
    For loose tea, the sales unit is the 100g pouch and the 200g pouch (only available for certain teas). For coffee the unit of sale is the 250g pouch and the 500g pouch.
  • Can I choose a different delivery address?
    You can have your order delivered to the address of your choice. For each order, specify the delivery address if it is different from the address associated with your customer account (billing address). You can even specify if it is a gift and attach to your shipment a personalized message for the recipient of the package). If you wish to deliver a gift order to a So Colissimo pick-up point, you will need to forward the email or SMS presenting the withdrawal voucher to the person who will make the withdrawal.
  • Is my payment secure?
    To guarantee total confidentiality of transactions, online payment by credit card on the cbioandco.fr site is secured by the SSL protocol, which automatically checks the validity of access rights during payment and encrypts all exchanges in order to guarantee confidentiality. Thanks to SSL encryption, your bank details never pass unencrypted over the network.
  • What are the delivery methods, times and costs?
    For orders to be delivered in mainland France, there are several delivery methods: home delivery with and without signature provided by So Colissimo, delivery to a So Colissimo pick-up point (post office, merchant or cytissimo space) allowing you to receive your order within 2 to 5 days, and express delivery via Chronopost guaranteeing delivery within 2 days before 1 p.m. (Saturday included). Our warehouse takes care of your order the day after your purchase, from Monday to Friday.
  • Track my order
    You will automatically receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided, as soon as you have validated your order.You will automatically receive a shipping confirmation message when your order is shipped. This message informs you of the parcel number (Colissimo or Chronopost) and offers you a link to the website for tracking your delivery. If you have chosen delivery to a So Colissimo relay point (post office, merchant or Cytissimo space), you will receive an SMS and an email informing you of the availability of your order.
  • I haven't received my order yet
    For Metropolitan France, the delivery time for orders in standard delivery is 4 to 6 working days. The normal delivery time for express service orders is 2 working days. Your package may be in the process of being delivered or awaiting your disposal at the post office. You can be informed by consulting the postal parcel tracking website with the Colissimo or Chronopost tracking number sent to you by email.
